Send us your pet’s details and the care you need using the booking form. We’ll get back to you to plan your free first visit.
Step two
Free meet& greet.
We visit to meet your pet, learn their routine and quirks, and sort out keys, a lockbox or doorman access. No charge, no pressure.
Step three
Pick your plan.
Book single walks, or save with a 5-day weekly package (10% off) or a monthly plan of 20+ walks (15% off). Final pricing is confirmed at your meet & greet.
Step four
Walks begin.
Your walker arrives, the leash comes off the hook and off you go: solo walks, small groups, puppy visits, drop-ins or overnight stays.
Step five
A report afterevery visit.
Photo updates and a short note after every walk and visit, so you always know how your pup’s day went.

Yes. Walky Paws NYC is fully insured, so you can book with confidence knowing your pet and your home are protected on every visit.
We pick your dog up at your door, head out for the length of walk you booked, and bring them home with fresh water. After every visit you get a short note and photo updates so you know exactly how it went.
We arrange access with you at your free Meet & Greet, whether that is a spare key, a lockbox or your building’s doorman. Keys are kept secure and only used for your visits.
We walk rain or shine. In extreme heat, cold or storms we keep walks safe and comfortable, with shorter routes, paw care and more indoor play when needed.
Plans change, and we get it. Let us know as early as you can. We will walk you through our cancellation policy at your free Meet & Greet before your first booking.
We will go over payment options and any weekly or monthly package savings when we meet. Packages save 10% for 5 walks a week and 15% for 20+ walks a month.
