- Free Meet & Greet: A free first visit to meet your pet, see your home and plan their care. Free.
- Quick potty break: A 15–20 minute solo potty break. $22–$25 per visit.
- Standard solo walk: A 30-minute one-on-one dog walk. $28–$32 per walk.
- Extended solo walk: A 45-minute one-on-one dog walk. $35–$38 per walk.
- Adventure walk: A 60-minute walk for high-energy dogs. $42–$48 per walk.
- Small group walk: A walk with 2–4 vetted, friendly dogs (30 or 60 minutes). $22–$35 per walk.
- Puppy care visit: A 30-minute puppy visit: potty, feeding, play and training reinforcement. $30 per visit.
- Drop-in visit: A 30-minute home visit for dogs and cats: meals, water, litter and medication as instructed. $28 per visit.
- Overnight pet sitting: Overnight care in your home so your pet keeps their routine. $95–$125 per night.
- Packages: save 10% with 5 walks a week, 15% with 20+ walks a month.

- **Are you insured?** Yes. Walky Paws NYC is fully insured, so you can book with confidence knowing your pet and your home are protected on every visit.
- **What happens on a walk?** We pick your dog up at your door, head out for the length of walk you booked, and bring them home with fresh water. After every visit you get a short note and photo updates so you know exactly how it went.
- **How do keys and access work?** We arrange access with you at your free Meet & Greet, whether that is a spare key, a lockbox or your building’s doorman. Keys are kept secure and only used for your visits.
- **What is your weather policy?** We walk rain or shine. In extreme heat, cold or storms we keep walks safe and comfortable, with shorter routes, paw care and more indoor play when needed.
- **What is your cancellation policy?** Plans change, and we get it. Let us know as early as you can. We will walk you through our cancellation policy at your free Meet & Greet before your first booking.
- **How do I pay?** We will go over payment options and any weekly or monthly package savings when we meet. Packages save 10% for 5 walks a week and 15% for 20+ walks a month.
